I don't seem to be able to find the M855 rounds any cheaper than about 47+ cents each on ammo seek. These would cost me 48.5 cents each, I get the Federal XM855 at wally world for about 53 cents each in the 150 round bulk packs. This is after tax and/or shipping. I'm not sure it is going to get any cheaper :(

I used to buy IMI exclusively for my ball ammo. Great stuff when a deal can be found.

Yarp. Samson is the commercial name for IMI. Typically if it's labeled IMI it's nato spec and Samson is sammi spec.
I don't know if they still do it, but Winchester white box Q3131 & Q3130 was IMI imported by win.

I used to be able To get PMC X-TAC M855 for 32 cents a round. I would like to see that class of ammo come down to about 35 to 37 cents a round, then I will stock up.
