AR10 Newb question

I recently purchased an AR-10A4CF.

Couple of questions:

Do AR15 colapsable stocks like the Magpul CTR fit this rifle? Is the buffer tube the same as a mil spec AR 15 tube?

Also do AR15 handgaurds fit?

I may be wrong, but to my knowledge they are different. You have to order those parts for an AR-10. If you put them side by side, the AR-10 is almost twice the size as the 15. As for the grip and guard, I'm looking in to that my self, (not sure).
