Basically if your gun can be loaded and fired in less then an hour and a half there is a really good chance you are not compliant.
I think with the Armalite rifles they use no more then a 10 round mag, bullet button so you need a tool to drop the mag and the flash device is permanent as opposed to threaded and removable.
If i am wrong here guys please correct me as i don't want to spread misinformation.

They have messed it up for the rest of us on ebay. They are following the ten round rule for magazines sold there, sometimes........
How did we ever let it get to the point of telling people how and what to load a gun with? Guess thats a different section though......
