Held my "Independence Range Day" a little early this year.
Took the Ewbank's AKM (Made in the USA), the AR10TCB (one of the original surplus from the M110 candidate 16" uppers) and the Saiga 12 (Originally from Izmash, but I re-manufactured it for 922r compliance) out to the local range. By local I mean within an hour's drive unfortunately. The range also slopes downward significantly after 100 yards, there's no range master, and the locals seem unfamiliar with the concept of muzzle control

Nevertheless, I had a chance to try out my EOTech Gen II FTS magnifier. I'm happy with it but I still think if I had it to do over again I'd just have saved up for the Trijicon TA11E. Still, had a good time and came home safe. Anyone else have any shooting sports planned for the weekend?
Yup_I plan on going tomorro,I have several gunz that have been feeling neglected-so as a good parent I will take them to the mountains and excersize them for a while.
