Hey All,
Didn't know where else to put this, so here it is. Whoever wrote the "News" that they are getting and FFL to avoid transfer costs hasn't read all the requirements. I am opening a store and have already filed my application so I know from what I speak. You CANNOT get an FFL for personal purchases, for selling only at gunshows, or only online. You MUST have a storefront that is inspected and approved by the ATF. Some older licenses exist without storefronts, but those days are long gone. Before you go the the hassel and expense of applying for an FFL read the ATF requirements; don't depend on somebody the claims to be able to "Walk you through" the process. The ATV instructions are really simple and the paperwork is easy. DON'T PAY SOMEBODY ELSE TO HELP - It ain't worth it.
