OK there was a guy on AR15.com in the ArmaLite AR-10 section that bought a supposed Free Float Rail that was from Midwest Industries...
It was U.S. Calvary...From the sound of it, it didn't fit so he had to Dremel it to get it to do so.... :ohmy:
Guess What....I know MI and talked with the owner about it this morning....it was BS...they don't make (at this time) a FF for the AR-10...apparently US cav told the guy that it was for the AR-10...it is for the AR-15 or M-15...not sure which one he bought...
So if any of you New Guys out there come across that...DON'T DO IT! :ohmy: :ohmy: :ohmy: :ohmy:
There are only a small group that make the FF hand guard for the AR-10...ArmaLite that is....and the HOME OFFICE IS ONE OF THEM...
Midwest Industries makes quality products and does make some things for the ArmaLite AR-10....so if you have questions....ASK.
Just wanted to let you guys know about this....not to sound like a kid....I THINK SOMEONE IS IN TROUBLE....LOL. :laugh: :dry: ;)
