I'm not sure but that looks a lot like the one Sinistral Rifleman wears, you can see it on the top left of his hat in the 3rd stage of this video:



I think it's clipped to his hearing protection.

The match is a Halloween "Zombie shoot" match with his Saiga 12 shotgun.
