So, a few years ago I built one of these tables. They are great for home ranges or those ranges they do not have shooting tables. It is not as stable as a concrete base bench, but it is a good alternative to NOT going prone on a shooting matt or the dirt. Also, not my plans, I saw them on another website many years ago.

Looks pretty. I think I'd prefer a "U" shaped bench with the shooter on the inside of the "U" instead of your "T" shape with the shooter on the outside of the bench. The legs could be placed in each corner to fold inward for transport. This gives the shooter more room to place the trigger finger/arm/elbow on one side of the "U" for shooting and the spotting scope, ammo, etc. on the other side. A seat could also be designed to fold up into the opening of the "U" for transport.
