what size scope are you looking at using?

I'd look at ADM and LaRue Tactical for one piece mounts. I've got both on different rifles and they've been aces for me.

I've got a Burris PEPR with QD levers. The levers have popped open with recoil a couple times. It seems to have settled in now but it has been a pain to get adjusted right. It has done well in the return to zero after removal part and it has a small rail on top for the new micro dots or a laser. All in all if I have to buy again it will be laRue or ADM, they seem to always get overwhelming approval from those that own them. BMS has some videos posted of the ADM mounts somewhere here.
I caught a real cheap used ArmaLite mount on ebay, I have not tried it yet but the quality of fit and finish are great.

I do like the ADM quick detach and that's what I'll go with on the 15
What are the procedures you use in doing an install?
Loctite, Bore lapping and such?

I shad no interest in removing the scope on my AR10
So, I chose a set of med US Optics rings for a Vortex PST 2.5-10
44mm bell
