I liked it and have talked about putting one of these in a house when we get one.

Doesn't look like it would be hard though.

What type of lock mechanism? A fingerprint lock would be ideal.

We have a guy on the Barter section of
Craig's list over here in Houston selling them for around $200 or will trade firearm related items. I have thought about this design a lot and I have been real close to buying it but...my wife just gave me the ok to EXPAND her closet for "More Space". So I'm seeing a lot of concrete blocks and a steel door in my future.

@Redscout02: Are that guy on You Tube who has a reloading station and vault on his boat. He is always reloading 308cal for several of his rifles. And he has one hell of a 308 collection.
