Lately I've seen 10, 12, and even 14 members logged in at one time. How many do you think we can get logged in at one time?

What can we do to get everyone logged in at one time?

Set a time, like on a Sunday evening, and ask everyone to log in. Give about two weeks notice, with a number of reminders. You might be surprised.

How about one of those group mailings about another "gang blast - fun chat"? Colt had the right idea months ago about doing that however we just didn't get the word out far or wide enough.

We could set a weekend date and time where we would all plan to be online, send it to all members of the site and see who pops in.

I have seen as many as 18 online at once a few weeks ago which was pretty good since I've been on but I spend a lot of time here noticing stuff like that too so...

I don't know maybe Friday and noon! We do have some graveyard shift people and I do believe we had around 11 logged in today!

I don't know. aside from some sort of contest that involves member participation. Kinda like the last person with their hand on the car wins, but in the form of keeping a thread going or something. Prize could be a mag or ammo or whatever. Not sure how you would monitor it for cheating. Come up with some rules and what not.

This may take some lead time and other digital work I don't understand but something like an "Expert Hour" once a week at a set time. Convince some of our knowledgeable members to be online and answering questions in real time, you could even use the chat feature. It might take time for word to spread but may increase membership as an extra. If possible getting some manufactures involved would be a bonus, could be a win win for everyone.

Unless they were going to be asking question about "how to be an insufferable bastid", I would be screwed. I'm not an expert on anything really. Well, nothing we're gonna have a successful discussion about anyway... :laugh:
