Noticed that over the holiday...something like 8500 guests.... 
right now...15 Members and 3135 Guests. If we could get members in here...this place would really start rolling. Hang in there...it can take time.
I started an Urban Search and Rescue Forum once using V Bulletin format.
I gave it one year to see where it went...since there is really no such forum out there that allows people on USAR teams in CA to communicate with say us in FL. The rigging is pretty much the same...but the approach/application was different. Having a central forum to be able to post a certain type of deployment, it's rigging techniques used, pictures, should have been an asset...at least you would think so.
I was with Florida Task Force 3 USAR Team...had so many contacts it was crazy. Emailed every one of them. After one year...thousands of contacts...business cards...training...you name it.... had maybe 100 members. That was the end of my computer/forum efforts.
Once (if) you can get the traffic going, have a core group of people, and get the ball rolling....things go onward and upwards from there.
Be patient...have fun with it...and enjoy the ride.

Maybe if We can have some kind of notice of new members that have posted on the new member post so We can welcome new members ,I remember two weeks ago I did not had a single reply in my post not even a hi or what's up.
This is a great idea and concept of a forum that We need to keep it going. I'm a new member and I will do my best to respond on new posts with the little knowledge in shooting and reloading.
