I’m looking at these 2 barrels and can’t decide this is my first m5e1 build

What are you doing with it? The 1:10 twist will be better for heavier bullets in general, I can't say I shoot well enough to really tell the difference, now if you plan on a 1,000 yard shots it will show. I have a couple Wilson barrels, good shooters.

I am with JT . The 1:10 barrel will provide for longer shots with heavy barrels and heavier bullets. But if your only shooting to 600 it is a mute point. The other one will work better with the lower weight bullets, And the lower weight bullets can be sent way faster at those shorter ranges, almost matching a 6.5 Needsmore.
