Its not that hard to conceal caches in your house. I have several that will pass casual inspection and two that cannot be found. Are you good with drywall
That still leaves false backs, false bottoms, the floor , ceiling and the furniture. Get creative. better yet do a self assessment where do you spend your time in the mornings and the evenings, now find one of the above spots for the am and pm. Next time you order a lazy boy get one with the remote control storage.
There are quite a few companies offering quality safes these days. Three of the retailers locally are Bass Pro Shops, Dick's Sporting Goods, and Tractor Supply Company.
I was over to Tractor Supply the other day and was surprised to see how many they offer and several were fireproof and for decent prices...
Waterproof...huh. Wish I had thought of that when I bought a safe. It's not just about keeping out water, considering whether the safe is in a basement or garage. Humidity is a killer.
